SPRA-RITE™ Portable Mix & Spray System
PROPORTIONAL MIXING & SPRAY APPLICATION FOR GRAPHITE LUBRICATIONThe Spra-Rite™ GT is a turnkey portable graphite lubrication solution that ensures stable, homogenous graphite lubricant mixes combined with built-in delivery for application of a fine atomized lubricant, with full HMI controls.
This portable lubrication mixing and spraying system first mixes the graphite lubricant using our positive displacement proportional dosing pump and stored in the holding tank that includes auto-refilling and shut-off. The lube is then atomized with air into an ultra-fine spray at the nozzles which are independently controlled with each injector. The portable spray system can store up to 200 spray recipes through our PLC driven-HMI controlled Beta-Plus electronic controls package, typically used with lubricants of ultra-high viscosity (>600<800cps). The SPRA-RITE™ GT system includes a mixing system, injector manifold, controls package, and tank (nozzles and tubing sold separately). The system can also be outfitted for non-graphitic lubricants.
